STRETCHING AND BODY CONDITIONING 

 

This class is every Monday at 7:30 pm, Tuesday at 12:00pm and Wednesday at 6:30 pm

The cost per class is £10 or part of a Membership. 

METHOD

 

The new Body Conditioning fitness class that combines yoga, Pilates, and ballet takes the world by storm. The Asian-inspired fusion of yoga, Pilates and ballet is the next big gym trend you might like to get on board with.

 We are pulling together the three disciplines: yoga, Pilates and ballet. From ballet, she uses the efficiency of the ballet barre, the strength and sleekness of Pilates and the wisdom and body alignment of yoga.

Pilates, yoga and ballet barre work all have a place in our fitness regime and should be added accordingly. All three will provide an effective workout with positive physical and mental results. Helping to sculpt and tone your muscles whilst improving your overall general health is a workout fusion that you should incorporate into your fitness circle.

MAT PILATES CLASS

Practising Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice, you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness. Mat Pilates is perfect for beginners because you only need your own body, a mat, and some floor space to start.

This class is every Wednesday at 7:30 pm (1-hour class).

The cost per class is £10 per person. (max 6 people per class).
